I created this visualization in the Spring of 2017 for a software development workshop at the Universidad Austral de Chile. There's a bit of a steep learning curve to this design, but I still think the layout has some potential. The current visualization is populated with randomly generated data.

These two graphs chart the progress of students through an online learning application.
Each dot represents one activity completed by one student. Students' dots are green or orange depending on their scores on a pretest. Hover over a dot to see the student's entire activity over the course of the semester.
